Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your email box accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can forward electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your e-mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailboxes against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mails based on certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply choose the email box you would like to forward mails from, then select the destination email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else.
